University of Tampa McKay Hall

UT McKay Hall

McKay Hall is one of the oldest dormitory buildings on the University of Tampa’s campus and underwent an extensive renovation. Design Styles Architecture provided design and contract administration services for the project on a fast track timeline, being completed from start to finish in one summer or three months. It has excellent views of downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and the Hillsborough River. It has been completely updated including all new finishes, reconfigured dorm rooms and bathrooms, overhauled community space, all new meeting spaces, and new covered outdoor patio – in addition to the best access of any residence hall to downtown Tampa.
